Running Wild!

Hey everyone!

For this post I will be writing a review about this awesome blog I stumbled upon! It is called Running Wild. I know my last couple of posts have been about cakes and yummy sweets, but recently I decided to take a different route, not only on my blog but in my life and eating habits. I recently went to a nutritionist and am slowly learning about clean eating, meal prepping and just over all living a healthy life style. So for this blog review, I thought it would be a perfect chance for me to go and find a blog that did just that. I searched “clean eating” and after a few blogs I found a great one by Running Wild.

This blog stood out to me because she has everything from healthy tips, meal prep tips, recipes and workouts. I looked through her recipes and thought this could be a great alternative for my cakes and sweets. I found this recipe for Paleo banana chocolate chip muffins. They look super delicious and are made without flour and sugar, which is an added bonus. She gives step by step instructions on how to make them and I will definitely be trying this very soon!

Another recipe that stood out to me was this alternative to pasta night. It is a low-carb zucchini pasta with shrimp. Not only does this work great because I love pasta and need a healthier option, but i’ve also been on the search for a good recipe that has shrimp. Besides having the ingredients list and instructions for every recipe she also includes nutritional values like the amount of calories, carbs, protein, etc.

I definitely followed this blog and I can’t wait to keep on reading and learning from her! I will be trying out some of her recipes in upcoming blogs! Thanks for the great posts, Running Wild!
